I have always enjoyed meeting people and helping them - so coaching is ideal for me. And because I love writing and creative activities, the way I like to help people is to develop self-awareness using the resource of their own creativity. Although I can help people through their low states, I do like to feel that at the end of any coaching programme, we've actually had some fun and are left with some hope of a more enjoyable future.

Lonely Furrow Company - Personal Development, Creativity and Media Coaching

Coaching is my fourth career (if you count motherhood in there). I have taught English to degree-level foreign students. I have been a published writer since 1985. And I have been a certificated coach since 2005. My niches for coaching are relationship coaching and creativity coaching - with coaching programmes and workshops designed to target those much-neglected areas of the Wheel of Life.

I can help - with 1-1 coaching, group presentations, telephone and email support. And I have spent the autumn developing a new and exciting facet to Lonely Furrow Company activities. Lonely Furrow Company now offers creativity workshops, co-designed with workshop commissioners, to meet the needs of specific groups. Interested groups so far include the NHS, independant financial advisers, family lawyers, and a women's refuge. These workshops are called 'Out of the Box Workshops' and their aims are to improve communication and promote awareness of self and others.
